This format prioritizes understanding structure and technique through theory and live demonstration, allowing stylists to learn how and why a style works—not just how to replicate it.
Each session focuses on one style, using it as a teaching vehicle to break down a broader framework that can be applied across clients. The result is consistency, confidence, and a shared visual language—without sacrificing individuality. Hands-on practice may be added for an additional investment, offering individualized feedback within the group setting.
